Electronics Engineering Technology is the 119th most popular major in the country with 9,020 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, electronics engineering technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,459 and had an average of $25,065 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 3,146 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,532 and $25,687 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 288 electronics engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,277 and $25,415 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value EE Tech Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region” ranking analyzed 20 colleges that offered a degree in electronics engineering technology. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality electronics engineering technology programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
