In 2017-2018, chemical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $62,963 and had an average of $22,564 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southwest region, there were 1,595 chemical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $62,888 and $21,468 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Chem Eng Schools in the Southwest Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking looked at 16 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in chemical engineering. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality chemical engineering programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.

The school has a large population, and it awarded 225 ’s degrees in 2019-2020.
