In 2017-2018, electrical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $70,098 and had an average of $23,581 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southwest region, there were 3,947 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $69,637 and $22,172 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 2,530 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,896 and $23,899 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great electrical engineering programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
