2022 Best Value Petroleum Engineering Schools for a Doctorate

In 2019-2020, 1,582 people earned their degree in petroleum engineering, making the major the 180th most popular in the United States. At the doctor’s degree level specifically, there were 140 petroleum engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $72,680 and $116,043 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great petroleum engineering programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
