Health Sciences & Services is the 42nd most popular major in the country with 31,648 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, health sciences and services graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $34,571 and had an average of $24,129 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 1,786 health sciences and services graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,844 and $20,786 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,373 health sciences and services graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,041 and $24,492 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Health Science Schools for a Bachelor’s in the New England Region” ranking looked at 30 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in health sciences and services. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great health sciences and services programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
