In 2017-2018, homeland security graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $48,439 and had an average of $30,424 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 2,233 homeland security graduates with average earnings and debt of $51,240 and $31,056 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,060 homeland security graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,277 and $25,415 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great homeland security programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
