2022 Best Value AE Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region

In 2019-2020, 1,564 people earned their degree in agricultural engineering, making the major the 203rd most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, agricultural engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $55,175 and had an average of $22,449 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 200 agricultural engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $52,800 and $19,828 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 23 agricultural engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $60,887 and $46,998 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value AE Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking looked at 2 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in agricultural engineering. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality agricultural engineering programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
