2022 Best Value Health Professions Schools for a Doctorate
Students have lots of options to chooose from today when trying to decide which college to attend. College Factual has developed its “Best Value Health Professions Schools for a Doctorate” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
In 2019-2020, 7,767 people earned their degree in other health professions, making the major the 100th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, other health professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $39,856 and had an average of $27,421 in loans still to pay off.
At the doctor’s degree level specifically, there were 139 other health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $72,680 and $116,043 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Health Professions Schools for a Doctorate” ranking looked at 20 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in other health professions. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality other health professions programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as the cost to attend the school after aid is awarded and overall quality of the other health professions program at the school. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
