2022 Best Value EE Schools for a Master’s in the New England Region For Those Making $75-$110k

Electrical Engineering is the 31st most popular major in the country with 30,670 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, electrical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $70,098 and had an average of $23,581 in loans still to pay off.
Across the New England region, there were 1,754 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $80,947 and $25,227 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 647 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $58,606 and $42,101 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value EE Schools for a Master’s in the New England Region For Those Making $75-$110k” ranking, we looked at 16 colleges that offer a degree in electrical engineering. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent electrical engineering programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

Boston, Massachusetts is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out masters’s EE degrees to 140 students in 2019-2020.

Orono, Maine is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s EE degrees to 3 students in 2019-2020.
