2022 Best Value General Business Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region

General Business/Commerce is the 13th most popular major in the country with 55,749 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, general business/commerce graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $40,821 and had an average of $25,596 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 12,085 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,553 and $27,503 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 5,726 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,277 and $25,415 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value General Business Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region” ranking, we looked at 81 colleges that offer a degree in general business/commerce. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general business/commerce programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

With a ranking of #8, University of Central Florida did quite well on the 2022 Best Value General Business Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region list. This large school is located in Orlando, Florida, and it awarded 527 bachelors’s general business degrees in 2019-2020.
