Marketing is the 16th most popular major in the country with 52,262 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $40,323 and had an average of $24,975 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 13,877 marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,257 and $25,272 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 12,411 marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,277 and $25,415 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Marketing Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region” ranking looked at 171 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in marketing. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great marketing programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.

Tallahassee, Florida is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s marketing degrees to 466 students in 2019-2020.
