Zoology is the 165th most popular major in the country with 2,984 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, zoology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $25,104 and had an average of $23,855 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 411 zoology graduates with average earnings and debt of $27,474 and $22,714 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 21 zoology graduates with average earnings and debt of $34,328 and $20,384 respectively.
