2022 Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s
It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for students. College Factual has developed its “Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
In 2019-2020, 3,713 people earned their degree in project management, making the major the 282nd most popular in the United States.
At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 757 project management graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 23 colleges that offer a degree in project management. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great project management programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
Some of the factors we look at when determining these rankings are overall quality of the project management program at the school and the cost of the school after aid is awarded among other things. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Colorado State University - Global Campus. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s list. Colorado State University - Global Campus is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado and, has a fairly large student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 139 bachelors’s project management degrees to qualified students.
Colorado State University - Global Campus did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Project Management Bachelor’s Degree Schools” list.

Out of the 23 schools in the Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide landed the #2 spot on the list. Embry-Riddle Worldwide is located in Daytona Beach, Florida and, has a fairly large student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 39 bachelors’s project management degrees to qualified students.

The impressive student-to-faculty ratio of 6 to 1 means that students may have more opportunities to work more closely with their professors than they would at other schools.
With a ranking of #9, Minnesota State University - Moorhead did quite well on the 2022 Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s list. MSU Moorhead is located in Moorhead, Minnesota and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 40 bachelors’s project management degrees to qualified students.

George Fox University came in at #20 in this year’s edition of the Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s ranking. This small school is located in Newberg, Oregon, and it awarded 16 bachelors’s project management degrees in 2019-2020.
GFU also made our “Best Project Management Bachelor’s Degree Schools” list, coming in at #9. It costs about $30,378 for Bachelor’s Degree Project Management students per year to attend GFU.
The low student loan default rate of 2.2% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%.
Saint Louis University landed the #21 spot on the 2022 Best Value Project Management Schools for a Bachelor’s ranking. This fairly large school is located in Saint Louis, Missouri, and it awarded 9 bachelors’s project management degrees in 2019-2020.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at SLU, the school also landed the #6 spot in our “Best Project Management Bachelor’s Degree Schools” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for Saint Louis University is $28,188 for bachelor’s degree project management students.
