It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for veterans. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in New York for Entrepreneurship” ranking is part of that endeavor.

In 2020-2021, 11,319 people earned their degree in entrepreneurial studies, making the major the 120th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, entrepreneurial studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $42,578 and had an average of $25,632 in loans still to pay off.

Across New York, there were 363 entrepreneurial studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,847 and $19,990 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in New York for Entrepreneurship” ranking analyzed 17 colleges that offered a degree in entrepreneurial studies. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent entrepreneurial studies programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Located in Syracuse, New York, this large private not-for-profit school handed out 65 degrees to qualified ’s entrepreneurship students in 2020-2021.

Syracuse did well in our major quality rankings, too. Pace University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in New York, New York. It awarded 17 ’s entrepreneurship degrees in 2020-2021.
