In 2019-2020, 32,654 people earned their degree in general educational leadership and administration, making the major the 33rd most popular in the United States.
At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 20,079 general educational leadership and administration graduates with average earnings and debt of $56,398 and $43,194 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Educational Leadership and Administration Schools for a Master’s” ranking analyzed 502 colleges that offered a degree in general educational leadership and administration. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general educational leadership and administration programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
