Out of the 120 schools in the Best Value Special Ed Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Touro College landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in New York, New York, this fairly large private not-for-profit school handed out 645 degrees to qualified ’s special ed students in 2020-2021.
