You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Rhode Island College. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Rhode Island for Special Ed. RIC is a medium-sized school located in Providence, Rhode Island that handed out 58 ’s special ed degrees in 2020-2021.

RIC also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Among the 7,072 students enrolled at RIC, 206 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 82 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $5,369. You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Salve Regina University. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Rhode Island for Special Ed. Salve Regina is located in Newport, Rhode Island and, has a small student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 19 ’s special ed degrees to qualified students.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at Salve Regina, the school also landed the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, Salve Regina University supports 2,771 students, and 74 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 53 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $9,783. During this same period, 11 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Providence, Rhode Island is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out ’s special ed degrees to 43 students in 2020-2021.

Providence did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Of the 4,821 students enrolled at Providence College, 25 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 14 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $15,661. On top of their other funding sources, 3 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.

Out of that number, 48 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,342. On top of their other funding sources, 0 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.
