You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Eastern Kentucky University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Kentucky for Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented list. Located in Richmond, Kentucky, this fairly large public school handed out 10 degrees to qualified ’s education/teaching of the gifted and talented students in 2020-2021.
