University of Idaho comes in at #1 in this year's ranking. Located in the town of Moscow, Idaho is a public college with a fairly large student population. According to our most recent data, Idaho supports 11,841 students, and 394 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 274 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
