2023 Best Operations Research Colleges for Veterans in the New England Region

It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for veterans. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Operations Research” ranking is part of that endeavor.

Operations Research is the 203rd most popular major in the country with 1,698 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, operations research graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $84,787 and had an average of $14,538 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 98 operations research graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Operations Research” ranking looked at 2 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in operations research. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great operations research programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Operations Research. This fairly large school is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and it awarded 23 ’s operations research degrees in 2020-2021.
