In 2019-2020, general English literature graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $29,881 and had an average of $23,769 in loans still to pay off.
Across South Carolina, there were 475 general English literature graduates with average earnings and debt of $24,290 and $26,327 respectively.

Out of the 9 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in South Carolina for English that were part of this year’s ranking, University of South Carolina - Columbia landed the #1 spot on the list. University of South Carolina - Columbia is located in Columbia, South Carolina and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 97 ’s English degrees to qualified students.
UofSC also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, University of South Carolina - Columbia supports 35,470 students, and 1,609 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 651 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Clemson University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in South Carolina for English list. This large school is located in Clemson, South Carolina, and it awarded 75 ’s English degrees in 2020-2021.

C of C is a public institution located in Charleston, South Carolina. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 51 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

PC is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Clinton, South Carolina. It awarded 11 ’s English degrees in 2020-2021.

With a ranking of #6, Coastal Carolina University did quite well on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in South Carolina for English list. Coastal Carolina University is a fairly large public school situated in Conway, South Carolina. It awarded 22 ’s English degrees in 2020-2021.
