At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 582 general writing graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,682 and $26,217 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for General Writing for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 28 colleges that offer a degree in general writing. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general writing programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the general writing program at the school. See our ranking methodology to learn more.

TCU also made our “Best General Writing Bachelor’s Degree Schools” list, coming in at #2.According to our most recent data, TCU supports 11,379 students, and 520 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 405 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
