2022 Best Value Human Development Schools for an Associate

In 2019-2020, 41,651 people earned their degree in human development and family studies, making the major the 41st most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, human development and family studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $27,032 and had an average of $24,110 in loans still to pay off.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 8,536 human development and family studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,082 and $17,678 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Human Development Schools for an Associate” ranking analyzed 148 colleges that offered a degree in human development and family studies. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great human development and family studies programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
