Across Connecticut, there were 970 allied health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $64,557 and $25,792 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 267 allied health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,377 and $19,767 respectively.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Sacred Heart University. The school came in at #4 for the Most Well Attended Allied Health Major in Connecticut for an Associate. Sacred Heart is a medium-sized school located in Fairfield, Connecticut that handed out 25 associates’s allied health degrees in 2020-2021.
The low undergrad student loan default rate of 2.1% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%. The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 87%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year.

The impressive undergraduate student-to-faculty ratio of 8 to 1 means that students may have more opportunities to work more closely with their professors than they would at other schools.
Goodwin College did quite well in the 2023 Most Well Attended Allied Health Major in Connecticut for an Associate ranking, coming in at #10. Goodwin is a small school located in East Hartford, Connecticut that handed out 12 associates’s allied health degrees in 2020-2021.
University of New Haven ranked #11 on this year’s Most Well Attended Allied Health Major in Connecticut for an Associate list. Located in West Haven, Connecticut, this medium-sized private not-for-profit school awarded 10 diplomas to qualified associates’s allied health students in 2020-2021.
The low undergrad student loan default rate of 3.7% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%.
