Medical Illustration & Informatics is the 193rd most popular major in the country with 2,089 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, medical illustration and informatics graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $70,135 and had an average of $32,175 in loans still to pay off.

Out of the 20 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Medical Illustration that were part of this year’s ranking, Rutgers University - New Brunswick landed the #1 spot on the list. This large school is located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and it awarded 50 ’s medical illustration degrees in 2020-2021.
