Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas did quite well in the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Arkansas for Nursing ranking, coming in at #24. Helena, Arkansas is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s nursing degrees to 14 students in 2020-2021.
