In 2020-2021, 7,984 people earned their degree in other health professions, making the major the 102nd most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, other health professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $45,061 and had an average of $24,616 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 2,223 other health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,710 and $23,124 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Health Professions” ranking, we looked at 29 colleges that offer a degree in other health professions. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality other health professions programs as well as strong veteran support.
