In 2020-2021, 4,612 people earned their degree in financial mathematics, making the major the 153rd most popular in the United States.

Out of the 7 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Financial Math that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Kentucky landed the #1 spot on the list. UK is located in Lexington, Kentucky and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 71 ’s financial math degrees to qualified students.

University of Miami is located in Coral Gables, Florida and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 79 ’s financial math degrees to qualified students.
U Miami also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Our most recent data shows that 4 of the 17,809 students enrolled at U Miami were GI Bill® students, of which 4 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. University of North Carolina at Charlotte ranked #6 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Financial Math list. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, this large public school awarded 37 diplomas to qualified ’s financial math students in 2020-2021.
UNC Charlotte did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Our most recent data shows that 1,476 of the 30,146 students enrolled at University of North Carolina at Charlotte were GI Bill® students, of which 642 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $4,691. In addition to receiving other benefits, 13 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Vanderbilt University came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Financial Math ranking. Vanderbilt is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Nashville, Tennessee. It awarded 146 ’s financial math degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our southeast region vets studying financial math list, Vanderbilt has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 13,537 students enrolled at Vanderbilt University, 13 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 3 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $17,769. To help with additional expenses, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
