Top 6 Best Geography Colleges for Veterans in Virginia
Out of the 6 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Virginia for Geography that were part of this year’s ranking, James Madison University landed the #1 spot on the list. Harrisonburg, Virginia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s geography degrees to 63 students in 2020-2021.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend George Mason University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Virginia for Geography list. GMU is a large public school situated in Fairfax, Virginia. It awarded 33 ’s geography degrees in 2020-2021.
GMU also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 2,334 of the 38,541 students enrolled at GMU were GI Bill® students, of which 1,583 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
