Liberty University also took the #4 spot in our “Best International Security Master’s Degree Schools” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 13,282 of the 93,349 students enrolled at Liberty University were GI Bill® students, of which 8,897 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. Out of the 10 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly for International Security for a Master’s that were part of this year’s ranking, San Diego State University landed the #2 spot on the list. This large school is located in San Diego, California, and it awarded 32 masters’s international security degrees in 2020-2021.

SDSU did well in our major quality rankings, too. University of Akron Main Campus ranked #7 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly for International Security for a Master’s list. University of Akron Main Campus is a fairly large school located in Akron, Ohio that handed out 7 masters’s international security degrees in 2020-2021.

University of Massachusetts - Lowell landed the #8 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for International Security for a Master’s ranking. This fairly large school is located in Lowell, Massachusetts, and it awarded 46 masters’s international security degrees in 2020-2021.

UMass Lowell not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #7 on our “Best International Security Master’s Degree Schools” list.Of the 18,150 students enrolled at UMass Lowell, 623 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 290 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $8,664. In addition to receiving other benefits, 29 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. UMass Lowell offers credit for military training for eligible students.

San Bernardino, California is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s international security degrees to 7 students in 2020-2021.

CSUSB also made our “Best International Security Master’s Degree Schools” list, coming in at #8.Our most recent data shows that 400 of the 19,689 students enrolled at CSUSB were GI Bill® students, of which 170 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
