2022 Best Value Associate Degree Colleges for Interior Design
When pursuing a degree in today’s world, students have many different options to choose from. College Factual has developed its “Best Value Interior Design Schools for an Associate” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
In 2019-2020, 5,693 people earned their degree in interior design, making the major the 158th most popular in the United States.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,502 interior design graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,082 and $17,678 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Interior Design Schools for an Associate” ranking looked at 63 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in interior design. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent interior design programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

Collin County Community College District is a large public school situated in McKinney, Texas. It awarded 7 associates’s interior design degrees in 2019-2020.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend LDS Business College. The school came in at #4 for the Best Value Interior Design Schools for an Associate. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 43 diplomas to qualified associates’s interior design students in 2019-2020.
LDS Business College not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #22 on our “Best Interior Design Associate Degree Schools” list. The estimated yearly cost for LDS Business College is $7,832 for associate degree interior design students.
Out of the 63 schools in the Best Value Interior Design Schools for an Associate that were part of this year’s ranking, Metropolitan Community College landed the #5 spot on the list.
