This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Voice” ranking looked at 6 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in voice performance. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality voice performance programs as well as strong veteran support.

Out of the 6 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Voice that were part of this year’s ranking, Texas Christian University landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, this fairly large private not-for-profit school awarded 6 degrees to qualified ’s voice students in 2020-2021.

TCU also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].According to our most recent data, TCU supports 11,379 students, and 520 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 405 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Central Oklahoma. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Voice list. Located in Edmond, Oklahoma, this fairly large public school handed out 7 degrees to qualified ’s voice students in 2020-2021.

UCO also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].According to our most recent data, University of Central Oklahoma supports 14,132 students, and 934 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 428 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Southern Methodist University. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Voice list. Southern Methodist University is a fairly large school located in Dallas, Texas that handed out 9 ’s voice degrees in 2020-2021.

SMU did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.According to our most recent data, SMU supports 12,373 students, and 327 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 215 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. Abilene Christian not only placed well in this ranking.
