In-State Students Can Receive a Discounted Tuition
IUP fees and tuition is reduced significantly for residents of Pennsylvania. For in-state students, tuition and fees is set at $12,146 for the 2017 - 2018 year, 29.7% off the price charged to out-of-state students. Tuition is $9,000 and fees $3,146.
IUP out-of-state undergrads paid $17,271 in tuition and fees in 2017 - 2018. $4,535 was for fees, and $12,736 was charged for tuition.
