An increased number of veterans enrolling at a particular school means that college faculty are more adept at accommodating and supporting those with previous military experience. Per VA data, there are 453 GI Bill® students at UD. As the school’s total enrollment is 18,812, nearly 2.4% of students are using the GI Bill® to help pay for their education. UD may recognize specialized military training toward college credit. Ask the admissions office how this applies to you. Earning credit for what you already know can save you time and money toward a degree. Beyond military training, ask UD whether it awards credit for life or work experience, CLEP exams, or other prior learning.
