Construction Management is the 153rd most popular major in the country with 3,473 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, construction management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $62,233 and had an average of $25,516 in loans still to pay off.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 313 construction management graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,082 and $17,678 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value Construction Management Schools for an Associate” ranking, we looked at 28 colleges that offer a degree in construction management. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality construction management programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.

This large school is located in Rexburg, Idaho, and it awarded 4 associates’s construction management degrees in 2019-2020.
