General Business/Commerce is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 9th of all the majors we analyze. In 2019-2020, 55,749 degrees were awarded to students with this major.

At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 24,866 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.

For this year’s “Best Value General Business Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 307 colleges that offer a degree in general business/commerce. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general business/commerce programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
