You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Virginia Tech. It ranked #1 on our 2024 Best Value Real Estate Schools in Virginia list. Virginia Tech is a large school located in Blacksburg, Virginia that handed out 87 ’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our virginia real estate students list, Virginia Tech has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best Real Estate Schools in Virginia” ranking. It costs about $21,301 for virginia real estate students per year to attend Virginia Tech.
With a freshman retention rate of 92%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students. The undergrad student loan default rate at the school is 1.2%, which is quite low when compared to the national default rate of 10.1%.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at VCU, the school also landed the #2 spot in our “Best Real Estate Schools in Virginia” ranking. The yearly cost to attend VCU is $20,490 for Virginia Real Estate students.
The school has an impressive undergrad student loan default rate. It’s only 2.6%, which is much lower than the national rate of 10.1%.

GMU is located in Fairfax, Virginia and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 11 ’s real estate degrees to qualified students.
As a testament to the quality of education offered at GMU, the school also landed the #3 spot in our “Best Real Estate Schools in Virginia” ranking. It costs about $19,551 for Virginia Real Estate students per year to attend George Mason University.
