At the associate degree level specifically, there were 429 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Real Estate for an Associate” ranking looked at 29 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in real estate. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality real estate programs as well as strong veteran support.
