In 2020-2021, 6,547 people earned their degree in real estate, making the major the 155th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, real estate graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $60,568 and had an average of $21,484 in loans still to pay off.

Across Ohio, there were 921 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $43,082 and $18,174 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Ohio for Real Estate” ranking looked at 5 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in real estate. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent real estate programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Ohio State University - Main Campus is located in Columbus, Ohio and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 33 ’s real estate degrees to qualified students.

Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, this large public school handed out 50 degrees to qualified ’s real estate students in 2020-2021.

UC did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Among the 40,826 students enrolled at University of Cincinnati - Main Campus, 909 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
