In 2020-2021, 5,191 people earned their degree in specialized sales, merchandising and marketing, making the major the 138th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, specialized sales, merchandising and marketing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $33,431 and had an average of $30,391 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Plains States region, there were 194 specialized sales, merchandising and marketing graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,237 and $24,758 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Specialized Marketing” ranking analyzed 11 colleges that offered a degree in specialized sales, merchandising and marketing. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great specialized sales, merchandising and marketing programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
