CU - Boulder is a very large public school located in the city of Boulder. CU - Boulder did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our Best Colleges for Computer Science in the Rocky Mountains Region list.

The #2 spot in this year's ranking belongs to Regis University. Located in the city of Denver, Regis U is a private not-for-profit school with a small student population. University of Idaho comes in at #5 in this year's ranking. U of I is a fairly large public school located in the distant town of Moscow. U of I also took the #4 spot in our Best Colleges for Computer Science in the Rocky Mountains Region rankings.
