Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Construction that were part of this year’s ranking, State Technical College of Missouri landed the #1 spot on the list. Linn, Missouri is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s construction degrees to 22 students in 2020-2021.
