Houston Baptist University landed the #6 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for Administration of Special Ed ranking. HBU is located in Houston, Texas and, has a small student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 3 ’s administration of special ed degrees to qualified students.
