Coastal Carolina University has taken the #1 spot in this year's special education ranking for non-traditional students. Coastal Carolina University is a large public school located in the small city of Conway. Coastal Carolina University not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #3 on our Best Colleges for Special Education in South Carolina list.
