You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Ball State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Adult and Continuing Ed for a Doctorate list. Ball State is located in Muncie, Indiana and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 7 doctorate’s adult and continuing ed degrees to qualified students.
