At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,416 general engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Engineering Tech for an Associate” ranking, we looked at 26 colleges that offer a degree in general engineering technology. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general engineering technology programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

Some of the factors we look at when determining these rankings are overall quality of the general engineering technology program at the school, veteran affordability, and veteran population. See our ranking methodology to learn more.
