In 2019-2020, mechanical engineering technology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $54,639 and had an average of $22,526 in loans still to pay off.

At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,835 mechanical engineering technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent mechanical engineering technology programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Lowell, Massachusetts is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s ME tech degrees to 5 students in 2020-2021.
