In 2019-2020, engineering technologies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $52,350 and had an average of $21,560 in loans still to pay off.
Across Michigan, there were 3,128 engineering technologies graduates with average earnings and debt of $62,932 and $22,842 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,008 engineering technologies graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,608 and $18,344 respectively.
This year’s “Most Well Attended Engineering Tech Major in Michigan for an Associate” ranking analyzed 35 colleges that offered a degree in engineering technologies. To top this list, a school must have a successful engineering technologies program that graduates more students in the field than other colleges that offer the same major.
