Wichita State University has taken the #1 spot in this year's mechanical engineering ranking for non-traditional students. WSU is a large public school located in the large city of Wichita. WSU not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #2 on our Best Colleges for Mechanical Engineering in Kansas list.
The student loan default rate at WSU is lower than is typical, just 1.6% of students default in three years. Approximately 5,338 students take at least one class online at WSU. 5,241 students are part time.
