2022 Best Value Engineering Schools for an Associate
Students have lots of options to chooose from today when trying to decide which college to attend. College Factual has developed its “Best Value Engineering Schools for an Associate” ranking as one item you can use to help make this decision.
Engineering is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 6th of all the majors we analyze. In 2019-2020, 200,458 degrees were awarded to students with this major. In 2017-2018, engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $64,888 and had an average of $23,564 in loans still to pay off.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 6,528 engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,082 and $17,678 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value Engineering Schools for an Associate” ranking, we looked at 24 colleges that offer a degree in engineering. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great engineering programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the engineering program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.

Saint Francis University did quite well in the 2022 Best Value Engineering Schools for an Associate ranking, coming in at #24. Saint Francis University is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Loretto, Pennsylvania. It awarded 4 associates’s engineering degrees in 2019-2020.
